Institutional & Commercial Buildings

A solar thermal system for heating water in institutional and commercial facilities can pay for itself in three to seven years. Systems on the market offer a ten-year warranty and a life expectancy of at least 20 years. With a minimum amount of upkeep and replacement of a few parts, the owner of a new solar energy water heating system should be assured of continual and trouble-free supply at a fixed operating cost, even as conventional energy prices continue to rise in comparison.

In addition to the economic savings, a solar system will also reduce emissions of greenhouse gases that are linked with climate change and global warming, by reducing the amount of fossil fuels that are used to provide the same amount of hot water. Any organization that needs a lot of hot water should consider using a solar hot water system.
