Depending on the products, residential customers can either complete the installation themselves or have a professional do the work (as is recommended or required). In the latter case it is preferable that the customer retain their own trusted professional help (plumber, carpenter or electrician) to do the job. In all cases Nexus ensures that full documentation is supplied with our shipments, and we will gladly work with you or your contractor to handle any questions that come up. Of course we can be on-site if required, as the situation permits. In the case of commercial scale projects we will collaborate with your technical personnel to facilitate the process from start to finish. Nexus will work with you to see that the project moves smoothly through all stages, design, installation, commission and beyond. |
